The Moonlight Amphitheatre, located in Vista’s Brengle Terrace Park is one of the most exquisite and intimate outdoor venues that you will ever experience. The Amphitheatre was constructed in 1975, as a bicentennial project by the Vista Foundation (now the Moonlight Cultural Foundation). It has recently undergone a $13 million renovation and is subsequently one of the finest outdoor venues, not only in San Diego County, but all of Southern California. If you are seeking a wonderful outdoor experience such as a concert or a live theatrical production under the stars this summer, this is the place for you.

The $13 million dollar state-of-the-art project includes a brand new stage, chorus and principal dressing rooms, rehearsal rooms, wardrobe room, a stage technician room, and improved theater seating, especially for those with disabilities. The archectural firm, RNTA Architects, along with the builder, Sundt, built a 60’ tall stage house with a fly loft, a 40’ x 90’ lighting and sound canopy, and an orchestra pit that accommodates 30 - 35 musicians. In all, the new Moonlight Amphitheatre is absolutely magnificent!
